The process of becoming consciously aware is understanding the message and learning what to do about it. The situations and circumstances we experience is the way a lesson is presented, how you feel about it is the lesson.
This class is about discovering the hidden beliefs that keep us from trusting and believing in ourselves. It’s one thing to know a change is needed, and quite another to know what to change and how to change it.
Exploring the Inner Self releases limitations and opens the mind. Learning to apply your awareness to your own highest good is the hardest easy thing you’ll ever do, and is a rewarding, life-enhancing experience.
You’ll learn tools, techniques, and universal laws that enable you to apply all you learn to your current issues and daily life. This class shows you what to do with what you know, because having knowledge doesn’t mean you know what to do with it.
The class is small and personal, creating a comfortable, relaxed and safe space from which to grow. It is a powerful, profound, and fun experience. If the old ways are not working, if you are unhealthy and/or unhappy in any area of your life, consider experiencing something that will change your life.
Learn what it really means to be the only one of you there is, and how to be who you really are…
