Thank you for your payment.

Payment Terms for Packages:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of the total is due at the time you book your package.
  • This guarantees that your sessions and activities are being held exclusively for you.
  • The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
  • Your sessions and activities are completely paid for in advance.
  • In the event that you are unable to attend your sessions or activities due to a work or family emergency, your sessions and activities will be cancelled and a credit will be held for you on our books for up to one year.
  • All cancellations of sessions and activities must be received by email.
  • There is a 48hr. cancellation policy at which time no credit or refund will be issued.
  • There is a minimum 30 day advanced notice required to re-schedule your activities and sessions at which time you will be charged an additional $100 re-scheduling fee.
